Marquetta Williams is from a small town called Greenville, Florida. She attended Florida A&M University (FAMU) for her undergraduate degree as well as her Master's degree. Her undergraduate degree is in Health Information Management and her Master's degree is in Public Health. In July 2011, this country girl moved to the big city of Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently a Funding Resource Specialist at the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC). She joined ULGA-YP because she wanted to be a part of an organization where she could become involved within the community, grow interpersonally as well as intrapersonally, and meet like-minded, optimistic, young professionals. She has enjoyed herself at the events that she has attended so far and is happy to be a part of an awesome organization!
